3. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates and strategy calls are non-binding. Pricing for actual work is confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
4. Payment & Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are specified in your engagement's statement of work. Because services are custom and time-based, completed work is generally non-refundable. If you believe work has not been delivered as agreed, contact us at info@njzbusiness.com and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to interfere with site security, scraping at a rate that disrupts service, or using our materials in any unlawful way.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of NJZ Business Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
